First, log in to the Account you wish to view your credentials in. You can only view your 24-word recovery phrase/private key from within the current account. If you have multiple accounts imported, please navigate to the account you wish to view these credentials of first.
- Go to Settings
- Select Accounts
- Under Manage, select Current Account
(Note: If you have multiple accounts, you must be logged into the account you wish to view your secret recovery phrase and private key) - Under View 24-word phrase/private key click View
- Enter your password and click Unlock
This option is not available for email created accounts unless you have exported a recovery phrase.
How to export your recovery phrase for email created accounts
You cannot view the recovery phrase for a hardware wallet such as a Ledger/DCENT as this is securely stored on your device. HashPack connects via public key and transactions are signed on the device.
