You don't need or receive a recovery phrase when setting up a Hedera account with Ledger.
Your Ledger device securely encrypts your private keys. The only phrase you should have is the one when you first setup your Ledger device through Ledger Live.
Please do not enter this phrase anywhere (including HashPack!), it should only be used to recover your device if it's lost/stolen.
