If prompted to create or reimport your account, your browser/device may be deleting your local storage. You'll need to make a new password and reimport your account using the original creation method (e.g. email address, 24 word phrase or Ledger).
To prevent this happening in the future, please make sure:
- You aren’t browsing in private/incognito mode
- You don’t have any browser/device settings enabled to automatically delete local storage
- You aren’t manually deleting your browser/device data
- Certain programs such as CCleaner will also delete local storage
