TOKEN_NOT_ASSOCIATED_TO_ACCOUNT error occurs when a token has not been associated with an account. On the Hedera network, all tokens except for HBAR must be associated before they can be sent or received. This is a unique feature of the Hedera network and prevents users accounts being spammed with random tokens.
