Announcement: Hedera Status Updates
Hedera has temporarily removed several nodes from the mainnet address book as part of the v0.73 release.
This was done to allow Governing Council node providers to migrate their infrastructure. As a result, users staking on nodes such as 3, 14, 16 and 27 are currently experiencing display issues in the HashPack staking interface. Accounts staking to all other nodes are unaffected.
If you are staking to a node that has been removed, please re-stake to any Recommended node as soon as possible to continue accruing Hedera native staking rewards.
Staking Interface
To ensure your HashPack staking interface is up-to-date, please update to HashPack v14.2.4.
How to update HashPack:
- Chrome extension/Web app: Fully close and relaunch your Chrome browser
- Android: Launch the Google Play Store and go to Installed apps > HashPack > Update
- iOS: Launch the App Store and go to Apple Account > Apps & Purchase History > HashPack > Update
How to change Staking Nodes:
- Navigate to the Staking tab and select the Change node option.
- Next, nominate any of the Recommended nodes.
- Click Stake to confirm.
June 3rd, 2026 - Update:
- Hedera has stated that any accrued pending rewards which were not claimed prior to the node migration will not be awarded.
- Hedera will be updating their official staking documentation to reflect these changes.
- If you are currently using an affected node, please switch to a Recommended node as soon as possible to continue accruing Hedera native staking rewards.
Please note, HashPack has no control over Hedera network staking nodes or the distribution of staking rewards.
